As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Loomis, Austin, Texas, with over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I am confident that we can address the challenges you are facing. Whether you are struggling in your relationships, your career, or feeling stuck in your personal growth, I can help guide you on your path to a healthier, happier, and more balanced life.
I've worked extensively in both private practice and in leadership roles in the behavioral health and EAP corporate world. These experiences have helped me grow personally and professionally by adjusting to and accepting the many rapidly changing situations in our lives. I focus on helping people, especially men, do the same. Change is constant, and learning how to maneuver through life can be challenging, particularly when dealing with burnout. Achieving more balance in today's complicated world is essential, which means addressing all aspects of our lives: emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual.
I offer face-to-face counseling and virtual sessions. Embracing change and making necessary adjustments is essential.
Whether we meet in person or virtually, my goal is to always create a safe and open space for you to share the issues you bring to the session, including any feelings of burnout or adjustment challenges you may be experiencing. I know how important this space can be for your counseling journey.
I appreciate the trust that clients put in me during our sessions. I will always be honest with you while being sensitive to your feelings and needs. Without trust, moving forward is impossible.

Additionally, I specialize in men’s issues as well as relationship problems, self-esteem concerns, and mood disorders. I
I help those with intimacy issues such as ED, premature ejaculation, and penile dysmorphia. Addressing concerns about kinks/fetishes is another area I focus on.
My approach is sex-positive and kink-affirming, ensuring a respectful and understanding environment for all clients in Austin, Texas.
